Since different water bubblers react differently to our CO₂ cylinders, we recommend gradually adapting the sparkling strength when used for the first time. After bubbling, you should let the water rest for about 10-15 seconds before taking your water out with carbonic acid and natural aroma. So you avoided overflowing. With electric sparkling devices, it is advisable to manually stop the sparkling button after about a second. This prevents uncontrolled overrun, since the pressure compensation of the device is sometimes delayed.
